Farewell Song, by Beethoven
The Australian Chamber Choir received a standing ovation in July 2019 when they performed this in Bonn’s Remigiuskirche. This is the church where Beethoven’s parents were married, where he was baptized, and where he had his first job as an organist at the age of twelve.
