You haven’t watched a concert using live-streaming before?
Don’t worry, you are not alone. We are here to help! The first thing to know is, if you purchase a ticket and then something goes wrong, you won’t miss the concert. You can watch the concert any time until the end of the year. And your ticket entitles you to come back as many times as you like to watch on demand.
Below are some super simple instructions.
- BOOK for our live-streamed concert. By following the prompts, you will create your own ACCess account.
If you prefer to book by phone, call +61 452 531 750. - WATCH the concert. Click on ACCess.
- Fill in your email address and password and click the “LOG IN” button.
- Click on ‘My Digital Tickets’ in the menu at the top of your screen
- All your concert tickets will be there with a countdown. Click ‘Watch’ when it is concert time.
You might like to test to make sure that you will be able to view our live-streamed concert on your computer, iPad, tablet, TV or smartphone. You don’t need to purchase a ticket to be able to test the system.
