About Concert Presenters
Some ACC concerts are presented by the ACC in its own right, and some concerts (generally those in regional locations) are presented by third parties (such as local music festival organisers) who engage the ACC to perform. Where the concert is presented by a third party then any tickets for that concert sold by the ACC from this website (including as part of a subscription) are sold by the ACC as agent of the third party. These terms and conditions apply to the sale of any ticket or subscription regardless of whether the ACC is acting as agent or not.
Tax invoices
A tax invoice will be provided in respect of any ticket or subscription purchase on request and will be issued by the ACC or the relevant third party (where the ACC has sold the ticket as agent for the third party).
